Fascial Integrative Therapies
The mission of Fascial Integrative Therapies it is to educate healthcare professionals to gain a better understanding of the fascial system, and help them stand out in the healthcare as a leader in the industry.
This course is an introductive class to myofascial release concepts. Healthcare professionals will explore the three components of the fascial system and its role in the body. The fascia has a crucial role in every system and cell in the body.
The practitioner will identify and assess chronic holding patterns, which may cause pain and are hard to diagnose. They will learn to three dimensionally assess the body to help identify chronic holding patterns which create pain and dysfunction to the body. They will then apply concepts of myofascial release melding traditional techniques for performance, chronic pain, and injury recover. This is a hands on class. Lastly the practitioner will learn and incorporate self-care techniques using a therapy ball along with myofascial release concepts for themselves and their clients.
