Monthly membership will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card each month, entitling you to a single session per month, on or after your scheduled payment.

Membership is a 12 month contract with auto renewal

May upgrade to a longer session at an additional charge to the membership price

May purchase additional treatments within the month for membership price

30 day written notice to cancel prior the end contract date
